Let’s Make Stuff! Introduction to Screenprinting

Join us for Let’s Make Stuff! to get crafty and learn something new. In this class at Park Grove Library, participants will learn how to screenprint!
Join Diana Eicher from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design as she teaches you the basics of screenprinting. As an introduction, Diana will show examples of prints, screens, squeegees, and tools. Students will then learn how to draw and cut out their own stencils to create their own unique multi-color prints. Demonstrations of how to mix ink, printing techniques, and how to register prints will be taught. Non-toxic, water-based inks will be used.
