Paper Quilling for Teens

Get ready for a fun and colorful journey into the world of paper quilling, a craft that has been around for hundreds of years. In this event at Park Grove Library, participants will learn the art of rolling, shaping, and gluing colorful strips of paper to create amazing designs. Join artist Swetha Avula to design and make your own two special quill cards.
