Let’s Make Stuff! Visible Mending Workshop

Join us for Let’s Make Stuff! to get crafty and learn something new at Park Grove Library. Have you ever torn the knees on your pants? Is your favorite jean jacket starting to come apart? Learn simple and artistic techniques for mending and patching old clothes in a way that makes the garment’s history part of its beauty. Bring something to repair from home, or practice on fabric provided by the teacher. Choose between mending by hand or machine — all necessary supplies will be provided for both. Prior sewing experience a plus but not required.

Let’s Make Stuff is a creative class for adults. Each class will feature a different project. Registration is required for this class.
