Glacial Valley Park

Glacial Valley Park’s 5,600-square-foot community building was designed as an interpretive center that supports meetings, education, and group gatherings alongside its park setting. The facility includes a large multi-purpose room overlooking the park, suited for meetings and gatherings of varying sizes, along with a classroom space for programs and smaller group use. A lobby with restrooms doubles as a warming house and features interpretive displays on local geology and the prairie ecosystem, adding a distinct backdrop for events.

The building is available for rent on a year-round rolling basis, with rental requests reviewed by city staff within 48 hours. Rentals include four 8-foot banquet tables and benches or chairs, along with indoor restrooms, electricity, and water. Surrounding park amenities — including pickleball and sports courts, a playground, trails, and an ice rink — make it a flexible option for groups looking to pair a meeting with outdoor activity.
