Parkruns are free weekly community events held all around the world on Saturday mornings. Parkrun events are 5ks and are meant to be a positive, welcoming and inclusive experience for all. There is no time limit, and no one finishes last.
Whether you walk, jog, volunteer or spectate, all are welcome on Saturdays at Hamlet Park for a Parkrun!
