Art Cart: Paper Fan

Come experience the Art Cart at Park Grove Library. Participants are invited to create their own paper hand fan.
Drop in anytime on Sunday. No registration is needed.
This is a great opportunity to use your imagination and meet someone new. Programs with these carts will not be instructor-led, but there will be some helpful information.
This program is funded with money from the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
