Hometown Holiday in Cottage Grove

Join the City of Cottage Grove in its Hometown Holiday Event!

When: Thursday, Dec. 5 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm
Where: City Hall

Cottage Grove is known for its cozy, small-town feel while being only minutes from downtown St. Paul. On Thursday, Dec. 5, join us for a night of holiday cheer.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Meet and take photos with Santa & Mrs. Claus
• Walking path with 30+ holiday inflatables
• Games, activities, and prizes
• Mail your letter for Santa, straight to the North Pole!
• Food trucks, available for purchase
• Free treats
• Bonfire warming stations
• Live reindeer
• Wagon rides beginning at 4:30 p.m. (Transportation to/from parking lots)
• Tree lighting ceremony and Mayor welcome speech at 5:00 p.m.
• Park High School Choir 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Please park in the HERO Center parking lot (10125 85th St. S.) or the Washington County Service Center parking lot (13000 Ravine Parkway S.). From there, you and your party will be ushered via wagon ride to City Hall where all activities will take place. Walking along the paved sidewalks on Ravine Parkway is also an option. A limited number of handicapped parking spaces will be available at City Hall for those who require it. Need additional accommodations? Our public safety team will be on site for anyone who may need special assistance.
