DESCRIPTION:Come experience the Art Cart at Park Grove Library. Participants are invited to create their own paper hand fan.\nDrop in anytime on Sunday. No registration is needed.\nThis is a great opportunity to use your imagination and meet someone new. Programs with these carts will not be instructor-led\, but there will be some helpful information.\nThis program is funded with money from the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
