SUMMARY:Let's Make Stuff! Collage/Found Poetry Meditation Stones
DESCRIPTION:Join us for Let’s Make Stuff! to get crafty and learn something new. In this class at Park Grove Library you will make your own collection of stones that inspire and ground you with art therapist Robin Getsug. You will be designing your stone\, cutting words and letters from printed materials such as newspapers and magazines\, and creating found poetry\, inspirational words\, and affirmations. They will be shellacked with a gloss coat for durability. You can use them for meditation or daily inspiration and intention. Close your eyes and choose a message of the day. Each participant should be able to make 3-5 stones.\nLet’s Make Stuff is a creative class for adults. Each class will feature a different project.
