DESCRIPTION:Join us in singing\, talking\, reading\, writing\, and playing 
 at this inclusive\, welcoming storytime for families at the Cottage Grove 
 Service Center\, 13000 Ravine Parkway South\, Cottage Grove\, starting at 
 10:30 a.m. We will meet in main corridor.\nThis storytime focuses on conce
 pts such as life skills\, emotions\, community\, family\, and kindness. St
 orytime is your opportunity to meet new friends and strengthen early liter
 acy skills. Activities during and after storytime are designed to strength
 en fine and large motor skills. Grown-ups are expected to actively partici
 pate alongside the children they bring (modeling is one of the best ways t
 o influence behavior). Please limit discussion between grown-ups until sto
 rytime has finished. This storytime is recommended for developmental ages 
 birth to 8 and their grown-ups.\nArt Cart immediately follows storytime. C
 hildren will make art with help from their grown-up. Crafts are focused on
  fine motor development for children developmental ages 2-5. \nRegistratio
 n is not required.
