SUMMARY:Kids Sewing Machine Lab! Beginner Tote Bag
DESCRIPTION:For kids age 10-14. Registration is required.\nIf you are inter
 ested in learning to sew\, join us at Park Grove Library for a chance to l
 earn the basics\, even if you don't own a sewing machine. In this class\, 
 we will cover how to use a sewing machine to create a tote bag. Participan
 ts will learn the parts of the machine\, how to thread it properly\, pract
 ice stitching straight\, and then sew a tote bag. All supplies\, including
  sewing machines and fabric\, will be provided.\nTaught by local volunteer
 s from the American Sewing Guild – Minneapolis | St. Paul Chapter.\nThis
  program is funded with money from Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritag
 e Fund.
