SUMMARY:CANCELED: Body Doubling: Help Getting Things Done
DESCRIPTION:Body Doubling has been cancelled for this evening\, November 5th.\nDo you struggle with finishing things you know you should get done?\nDoes having someone near you while you work help you complete things?\nIf so\, this is called “body doubling.” It’s a great way for folks who have a hard time focusing on tasks they don’t want to do get things done (because adulting is way overrated).\nIf this describes you\, we welcome you to Park Grove Library the first Wednesday of every month to help you finish what you hate to start.\nMaybe you need to finish writing a paper?\nMaybe you need to pay your bills?\nMaybe you want to finish knitting a scarf for a friend or write out birthday cards?\nWhatever it is\, the library will provide a quiet group space for you to focus. We’ll sign you in when you arrive and write down what you want to accomplish on the board. Then we’ll quietly cheer for you when you’ve finished what you’ve come to do.\nThis program is for ages 16 and older. Registration requested\, but not required.

SUMMARY:Body Doubling: Help Getting Things Done
DESCRIPTION:Do you struggle with finishing things you know you should get done?\nDoes having someone near you while you work help you complete things?\nIf so\, this is called “body doubling.” It’s a great way for folks who have a hard time focusing on tasks they don’t want to do get things done (because adulting is way overrated).\nIf this describes you\, we welcome you to Park Grove Library the first Wednesday of every month to help you finish what you hate to start.\nMaybe you need to finish writing a paper?\nMaybe you need to pay your bills?\nMaybe you want to finish knitting a scarf for a friend or write out birthday cards?\nWhatever it is\, the library will provide a quiet group space for you to focus.

We’ll sign you in when you arrive and write down what you want to accomplish on the board. Then we’ll quietly cheer for you when you’ve finished what you’ve come to do.\nThis program is for ages 16 and older. Registration requested\, but not required.
