SUMMARY:Beginner-Intermediate Ukulele Workshop at Cottage Grove Service Center
DESCRIPTION:Discover the joy and fun in playing ukulele in this beginner–intermediate workshop at the Cottage Grove Service Center\, 13000 Ravine Parkway\, Cottage Grove. \nFacilitated by Mark Sorvari of Playing With Music\, this mixed level class for adults will allow participants to explore ukulele chords\, strumming techniques\, songs\, melody lines\, and songwriting techniques. If you do not have your own ukulele\, loaner ukuleles will be available for use during class time. \nThis ukulele workshop will also be held on August 1st\, 11-11:45 a.m. If you would like to attend both classes\, registration is required for each date. \nThis program is funded with money from Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
