Our Wild Neighbors: Marvelous Monarchs

Bring your family to Shepard Farm and spend an hour with “Our Wild Neighbors.” This month let’s meet monarch butterflies! Of all the butterflies in the world, Minnesota has chosen the monarch as the state butterfly. Learn about its life cycle and how community scientists are helping to discover more about this remarkable insect.

Once a month this summer, join a Dodge naturalist 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. for an engaging hourlong program about one of the amazing animals that lives near you. Bring your picnic blanket or lawn chair and meet by the pavilion at Dodge’s Shepard Farm property.
