Batteries, Bulbs, and Wires

After a simple primer on circuits, participants ages 6-12 will get a giant pile of—you guessed it—batteries, light bulbs, wires, and fun gadgets.
The challenge…to build anything and everything from the simplest of circuits to complex creations. This is the perfect blend of circuitry and inquiry to leave participants wired for discovery. Please note, this workshop focuses more on exploration and less on explanation, the educator will spend more time working with small groups than presenting content.
This event at Park Grove Library requires registration and is for children ages 6-12. Please note that children under 8 will require a grown-up to attend the program with them.
